Designed to support those with existing health issues or recovering from injuries, this specialized practice combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern therapeutic techniques to promote healing and well-being.

Family Yoga

Starting 28th September, bring your family closer and improve your health with our Family Yoga Sessions 10am every Saturday here at Waterside Yoga and Fitness Studio! 

These sessions will run for 6 weeks and if they’re popular, we will add them permanently to our schedule.

Yoga for Seniors

Join us every Thursday from 2:30-3:30 PM for a special yoga class designed just for seniors. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, our gentle sessions will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to enjoy life to the fullest!

Are you struggling with anxiety, stress, or insomnia? Take a step toward peace and mental clarity with our special brain health morning. We want to erase the phrase “mental health” and replace it with “brain health”. 

In a world full of demands, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Our morning session is carefully crafted to help you manage anxiety, reduce stress, and improve sleep, all while nurturing your brain health.

This will be a 90-minute retreat focused on nurturing your brain health through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation.
