Classes can be booked by either using the "Book now" link or by direct contact with the teacher. We would always recommend that places are reserved, as spaces are limited for each session.

Wellbeing Classes

Waterside Wellbeing is building a network of teachers to offer a variety of classes, personal training and events. A full list are in the "What's on section", but her are some examples classes:

Candlelight Journey of Gratitude

In the midst of the Christmas chaos, take some time out for yourself. Be kind to yourself and join us for a candlelit journey of peace and gratitude.

What to Expect:

Intention Setting – Ground yourself in gratitude and focus on the present moment.
Candlelit Meditation – Immerse yourself in peaceful light and stillness.
Breathwork & Body Scan – Release stress and tension through mindful techniques.
Gentle Yoga with Gong Sounds – Move gently with the soothing backdrop of gong vibrations.
Gong Bath – Let the healing sounds of the gong wash over you, bringing deep relaxation.
Herbal Teas & Friendly Chat – End the evening with warmth and connection.
