Selah Circle

This is a space to come home to yourself and to each other — a circle where women gather to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember the power of community. Through guided meditation, shared ritual, and intuitive expression, we create room for healing, inspiration, and authentic connection.

Rooted in the cycles of nature and the wisdom of the feminine, our circle is a place to explore your inner landscape, awaken your creativity, and be witnessed on your path. Together, we’ll honour the sacred, celebrate growth, and hold space for one another with tenderness and truth.

6th June 2025 – Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is the art of doing less to feel more. It’s a deeply restful practice where the body is supported by props, bolsters, blankets, blocks, so you can completely let go and soften into stillness. Each pose is held for several minutes, allowing the nervous system to downshift, the breath to deepen, and the mind to unwind. There’s no stretching or striving, just gentle shapes, mindful breathing, and the quiet magic of surrender. It’s like a nap, a hug, and a deep exhale all rolled into one. Perfect for anyone feeling burnt out, anxious, stiff, or simply needing space to be.
