Leigh Johnson is a Yoga Instructor and Founder of Mankind Yoga. Leigh's mission is to inspire, elevate and educate as many people as possible, to live to their fullest, most creative and most joyful potential through the practice of Yoga.
Leigh was first introduced to Yoga 30 years ago, when recovering from illness, Yoga was recommended to Leigh as rehabilitation. His passion for Yoga grew over the years and His first hand experience of the benefits of Yoga has created his Wonderful passion for life and well-being that is reflected in his teaching style.
Leigh has completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training , 60-Hour YIN YOGA Teacher Training , 30-Hours Yoga Nidra Teacher Training, all with Bodsphere (Yoga Alliance Registered).
Leigh is also a Reiki Master and a QiGong practitioner.
Leigh views the science of Yoga as a path to explore our inner selves and elevate our consciousness, while creating a counter-balance to the stresses of modern life.

I’m Georgia and for 6 years I have been a beauty therapist. I started this career in a well-being salon environment where I worked alongside an incredibly talented healer, psychic and holistic therapist. She sparked my interest in healing as a holistic approach and healing on a depper level mentally and physically. I have had the pleasure to meet so many clients through my work and I pride myself on creating a safe space for clients. However, I have recently decided to step away from this industry and now I am working alongside the incredibly talented Vikki for all the behind the scenes running of Waterside Wellbeing.

Vikki is a qualified personal trainer and yoga teacher, being fully qualified and registered with the Yoga Alliance. Vikki now fuses the training from both disciplines to create a unique approach to all round physical health and wellbeing.

I have been a fitness instructor for over 20 years, and have worked in lots of places in East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire teaching throughout this time.
I have been teaching fitness Pilates for a while now and am really excited about doing this at Waterside Wellbeing. The classes are adaptable for all abilities and it would be great if you come and give it a go.
