Wellbeing Classes

Waterside Wellbeing is building a network of teachers to offer a variety of classes, personal training and events. A full list are in the "What's on this month", but here are some of classes:

11th April 2025 – Restorative Yoga

Come press pause on the chaos and breathe.

This is your permission slip to slow down, soften, and sink into deep, healing rest.

What to expect:

Long, supported poses (no contortion required)

Zero pressure, all pleasure

Space to reconnect with your breath, body & nervous system

15th and 29th March 2025 Workshops

Spring Awakening – March 15th (10-11:30 AM)
A fresh, uplifting session blending stretch & balance flow to awaken your body, restore vitality, and embrace the season of renewal.

Power & Grace – March 29th (10-11:30 AM)
A strong, empowering workshop focused on core & glutes, building strength and stability while moving with fluidity and ease.
