In a world full of demands, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Our morning session is carefully crafted to help you manage anxiety, reduce stress, and improve sleep, all while nurturing your brain health.
This will be a 90-minute retreat focused on nurturing your brain health through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation.
