Chakra Balance Afternoon – 19th January 2025

Take time to recharge and reconnect with your inner self during our Chakra Balance Afternoon. This transformative session is designed to align your energy, release blockages, and leave you feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed.

Chakra Dancing – Let your energy flow freely through joyful movement.

Chakra Balancing Yoga – Gentle sequences to harmonise and realign.

Chakra Sound Bath – Immerse yourself in healing, soothing vibrations.

Yoga Nidra – Deep relaxation for mind, body, and soul.

Journaling – Reflect, release, and gain clarity.

Restorative Yoga & Nidra

Restorative yoga encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Classes are very relaxing and slow paced. Props, such as bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets are used to fully support the body in restorative poses. Each pose is held for approximately 3-5 minutes.

Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation, also known as yogic sleep, which draws your attention inwards, transitioning you between states of wakefulness and sleep.
