Our aim at Waterside Wellbeing is to make fitness and health accessible to all! That includes young mums with babies.


Meg has been training on a one to one basis with our in house PT Vikki for several months now with baby Nova in tow. It is an absolute pleasure to watch them both grow 

We will always make sure the environment is warm and safe and if the gym space isn’t suitable, we bring the equipment indoors. 

There is always a solution! 

So if you want to train but can’t get a sitter, we are happy to accomodate!
